Most colleges have a business program and there are colleges not on this list that will be good schools to attend. The program is reasonable and it will lead to a job. Few people that go to college end up making more than $200k. They might manage budgets in excess of several million dollars but they don't get to keep the money.
The colleges don't really teach how to handle sums in excess of $1M, and many people in the U.S. can't pass sanctions for income of more than $129k.
What the colleges teach is how to fit into an organization, or how to start a reasonable organization that is not too small, but not so big that it requires an executive with 35 years experience to manage. They teach job role, and tasks but may have some resources for special requests from time to time.
The best colleges in the U.S. are the following, for business
University of Chicago

Most business colleges focus on economics and finance. Consider a small business can have a budget of $35M and that a single independent worker can use automation to drive an economy of $2M to $5M from their home office or small office somewhere nearby. Easily.
Accounting is something that is learned in high school, community college, or trade school today. Most of it is automated, and managers use data reports to make financial decisions or organizational decisions along with performance reports and other worker factors. Traditionally a business programming included marketing, accounting, and business administration. There are people that have not learned accounting very well at the managerial level, and the school provides a program for them as well.
Northwestern University
This is a popular and well respected program for an MBA. Their full time program can be completed in 1 year and the executive program is normally for people that already have some experience but their degree is viewed as outdated. They may benefit from a new degree with a recent date on it.
In addition to their traditional program that has been updated for a more realistic business environment, they focus on statistics which is a big part of business decisions.

Harvard
They have online graduate degrees and either a liberal art or an accelerated pathway program. They only allow A and B grades, even 1 B- will disqualify one of their students from their program. Harvard has an interesting philosophy, while they do have a Management Graduate Degree, they prefer their students to have a degree in something else and to use the skills in that degree to develop business skills necessary to be successful. They are currently focused on certificates and microcertificates and have two other online school platforms.

Columbia University
They focus mostly on Finance and have a specialization in either Politics or Statistics. Their business program is called Columbia+ and the cost of attendance is estimated at $85k. They also have a certificate available for around $35k. https://www.columbia.edu/content/academics/areas-study
EdX
EdX turned out to be quite the platform for a lot of people. Its actually pretty good and provides credentials for people completing their programs with experience. They are also lauching a career platform for those without experience that will vary from person to person.
Some of the good schools on this platform, for business, include Imperial College London, London School of Economics, Kings College, IMT in Europe, and Cambridge. There is also the Institute of Science Tokyo, Osaka University, Cornell, Rice, and NYU.

The programs are the main reason to go on EdX and the professional certificates are the most popular. Individual courses are seen to be more for fill in, and the microbachelors or micromasters are viewed as similar to the professional certificate but they might offer transfer credit depending on the school.
This is a good way to try different topics before searching for a university to enroll in. The application process is not as difficult as people make it seem. They want to see grades, there might be an admissions test, and they want to know why you want to study at their college.
