There are various considerations when deciding on a plant based diet. Many people are not able to complete the nutrition requirements or they are too used to high protein, high fat diets to survive mostly on plants and water.
Other people claim that religious reasons prevent them from changing to a plant based diet. However, plant based diets are seen in various religions, and throughout different parts of the Earth using anthropology and historical records. The rumor is that the word Vegetarian derives from the Hindu Greek, Vegat Arian. The verses of the Hindus, and a reference to Ares. Similar to how Aristotle is rumored to mean child of Ares.
The word Vegan is similarly rumored, B is a reference to the ruler of the Byzantian Empire and gan, is phoenitically self explanatory. There is an advantage of being able to survive from the Earth's resources when in the middle of a conflict.
These stories are important because it sets the tone of plant based diets. Many people, saw no reason to eat any animals. It just wasn't necessary. More importantly, ancient tales tell the story of concepts, that today can be examined, observed, or verified through molecular biology.
Would a persons cell structure change if the switched to a plant based diet for more than 20 years?
Changes to plant based diets began recently in 2011, before that, there were studies in 1946 that examined the context of eating only plant based diets. The studies found that is was viable, because most people couldn't afford much meat, but there were concerns with fats and proteins not found in plants.
In 2011, it was discovered that legumes and nuts do have protein and that calcium, a major reason why developed nation humans drink milk, is a mineral that can be added to various beverages. Multiple vitamins have been found in different types of plants, and it was proposed that food coloring could be derived from flower pedals and fruit peelings.
The difference between being vegetarian, or vegan, for whatever reason, in 2011 and 2025 is the following:
In 2016, it was discovered through large dataset analysis that modern food production practices, prevented the new popular plant based diets from being available globally, but that it was possible to increase production to keep up with demand and the evolving food pallette of modern humans.
People had trouble keeping up with a vegan or vegetarian diet for the following reasons:
For people that did have access to a nutritionist or a doctor, and possibly some lab equipment set out to discover how much of our food contains no animal products besides the obvious selection from the produce section. Food manufacturers were also open to changing their recipes if it did not have too much differences and the supplies were readily available.
Where things ended up was examinine certain chemicals, vitamins, and minerals in food products, and then doing microscopic analysis of the food particles. Here are the major levels of examination:
fungi - cell structure Eukaryotic there are three organisms with these types of cells, animals, plants, and fungi. Fungi can not make chlorophyll and are saptrophic heterotrophs meaning the absorb their food from other sources. The way fungi feed themselves is by putting enzymes into decaying matter and absorbing nutrients. The process might be similar to spider venom, certain types of snake venom, and jelly fish. There are other organisms such as a squid that might have similar behaviors. Fungi can not visibly move and reproduce through spores. This includes mushrooms, fungus, toadstools, yeast, and possibly mosses, lichen, and peat. The last three are used to prepare soil in a natural earth process.
thiamin or B12 - this comes from soil and considering how fungi works, it may not be advisable for a vegan or vegetarian to eat a spoonful of soil once per year if they can not find vegan B12. It may not actually be necessary for humans to actually have B12 if they switch to a plant based diet. In 2013/2014, it had been found that vegans who stopped consuming meat, stopped producing the enzymes to break down meat in their digestive system. When they resumed eating meat after 2-3 years, the enzymes began to be produced again after 3-6 months. It normally resulted in a stomach ache for the vegans. They were able to switch back to their plant based diet after this experiment if desired.
soy lichitin - the question appears to be if this is named for soy grown in soil prepared with lichen. Overall, once the soy is grown, the soy lichitin is produced much in the same way as almond milk.
bean and corn crops - these exchange nitrogen between the soil and atmosphere. The theory is that they do so to create nutrients and that it is part of the Earth's mineral and rock cycle. Humans appear to be a nitrogen and carbon being that are actually harmed by oxygen. Air for example is only composed of a certain percentage of oxygen and triple bonded oxygen particles do harm humans. Hydrogen, is an important theme in human health as are mixtures of chemical bondings.
traces of milk - foods with this label are o.k. for vegetarians who eat eggs, milk, and cheese but are questionable or partly permissible for vegans. The reason is because things aren't perfect and having this label on food products show that progress continues to be made on food labeling and food selection.
soy, eggs, milk, nuts - allergies are the main reason these are listed on food packaging. Soy and nuts are o.k. for vegans and they might not mind if eggs or milk are handled in the same factory. This is fairly safe for a vegetarian.
sugars - the whitening agents in sugars are the concern for both vegans and vegetarians. If someone has already moved toward a less permissible diet, they are recommended to use natural sugars instead. Studies in sugar whitening should be released or updated soon.
breads - besides the yeast, there are things in bread that people don't really pay attention to until more recently. Making vegan bread requires people that are able to eat raw flour. There are also questions about texture, flavor and recipe modifications for nutrition, diet, or health reasons. Most bread recipes do not look appetizing or need significant improvement before they can be released to the public or made into a commercial product. This is often self criticism. Updates soon on vegan breads, cookies, and other bakeries.
Maple syrup, corn syrup, vinegar, baking powder, baking soda - the syrups are vegan unless a specific manufacturer has put something in it for their market. Vinegar is vegan, and baking powder and baking soda are most likely vegan. They have a high probability of being synthesized in a lab from a natural earth product such as pressure and other molecules.
A lot of vegan food production is going towards soil examination and hydroponics. While a lot of people do not remember 6th grade science class, the foods are being examined for plant structure, animal structure, or fungi structure at the cellular level. Soil is also being evaluated for ways to analyze it and keep it clean. Many labs are experimenting with hydroponic plants that would be grown with a high assurance of containing no traces of animal products.
